This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the borneo77 platform by all members in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided at registration may result in account cancellation and the freezing of all funds held within it.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. borneo77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately.
User responsibilities include:
- Do not share your password or account details with any third party.
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful activity.
- Do not use automated software, bots or scripts to access the platform.
- Do not attempt to misuse, hack or disrupt the borneo77 platform systems.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the borneo77 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX and online bank transfers via Malaysian local banks.
Successful deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a short period, depending on your chosen payment method. borneo77 does not charge any additional fees on deposits; however, third-party financial institutions may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.
Withdrawal of funds from your borneo77 account is subject to successful identity verification and compliance with any applicable rollover requirements. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may range from a few minutes to several business days. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated on the platform's payment page at the relevant time.
Borneo77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for security verification, fraud prevention or internal compliance purposes. In such cases, our support team will contact you with the next steps.
4. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

The borneo77 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, data loss or unexpected betting outcomes.
Borneo77's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim arises.
Account Suspension & Closure
Borneo77 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, held multiple accounts, abused promotions or taken any action that is detrimental to the platform or other users. Funds remaining in accounts frozen due to fraud or terms violations may not be returned.
Intellectual Property
All content on the borneo77 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code and brand names — is the exclusive property of borneo77 and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any such content without our prior written permission.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
